2 GLASSES OF WATER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING / WATER THERAPY
As the title suggests, it is important to drink minimum 400-500
ml of water first thing in the morning in this blog I’m going to present to you
some facts and how a glass or two of room temperature water early in the
morning help you to lead a successful day ahead.
When you sleep in the night, you sleep for straight 6-8 hours
but our body is still active in that condition, one of the most important
process takes place when you are asleep is the digestion. It’s very important
to note that water gives our body the oxygen that it needs to keep the system
running. When you wake up in the morning you’ll notice, your body heats up or
your mattress is heated a bit more than the room temperature. That happens
because there are these processes taking place during your sleep and hence the
body craves for water as it needs to cool down.
Also, as a lot of processes take place during your sleep and
when you wake up to have 2 glasses of water, a lot of toxins are forced to rush
out of your body. Japanese call this as Water Therapy and it is also mentioned
in Ayurveda. A lot of old people in India still follow this but in Japan majority
of them believe in Water Therapy.

water poisoning’ hence stick to two glasses make your way up to 4 but not beyond
that.
